Some regular O&I readers have chastised me for not always seeing the big picture, for fretting over every win and every loss. Well I hate to gloat now, but it is getting tighter than the Democratic nomination race will ever be - three and a half games.
Today, complete disaster. Total disaster. Backed into a corner disaster? Maybe. I'll let ya know after I see the Mets here in DC tomorrow night. If that can't beat the Nats, the world really is ending.
